Butcher's Bones
Bones from the butcher's barrel - hand picked to ensure the most edible bones with the most meat on them! May be beef, bison, pork, deer, sheep or goat - or a combination. I have a lazy butcher who leaves plenty of meat on for the dogs!
Boxes may include big "dinosaur" rib racks, boneless backstraps (tendon), sliced sections of spine (no spinal cord - these are removed before cutting), brisket bones, pelvic bones, individual rib bones, shoulder blade, and various little scrappy pieces. May include sliced sections of knuckle with lots of marrow. I generally do NOT include femurs, whole knuckles, or any other tooth-breaking, weight-bearing bone, except by request or as otherwise noted.
Grab-bag of bones, no choice on species. Most commonly these are all beef bones, from homegrown/pastured beef cattle butchered for human consumption.
