These are butcher's bones stripped of most meat, but some (especially spine/neck sections) may have significant meatage on them. Great edible/recreational or supplemental bones!
Sourced from small local USDA or state-inspected butchers; most beef going through there is local and homegrown, and will have been grass-fed with supplemental grain.
UPDATE: The current inventory consists of three boxes: 22 lbs, 30 lbs, and 31 lbs. I am unable to determine the type of bones without tearing open the bag; there may be marrow bones. First to order gets the largest box in stock for the same money (or choose your size from the Box Size menu). These bones are from local beef, no feedlots, and are USDA inspected/approved.
